For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned unless they are proven to be defective.

Customers must notify us of any issues within 3 days of receiving their order. To initiate a return, please send us your order number, details of the issue, and clear pictures of the product as proof. Once your request is approved, you will be guided on how to return the product to us. Please note that the cost of return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds are issued once the returned product has been inspected and approved by our quality control team. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. If you made a cash-on-delivery purchase, your refund may be issued as store credit or through bank transfer.

Exchanges are possible if the product is available in stock. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered instead. Please keep in mind that colors and shades may appear slightly different due to screen resolution or lighting, and such variations are not considered a valid reason for return.
