Shipping policy

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

• Estimated delivery time across Pakistan is 3–7 business days, depending on location and courier service.

• Standard shipping fee is PKR 200 – 300 (depending on weight and location).

• Free Shipping is available on orders above PKR 4,999.

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email to track your parcel on the courier partner’s website.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics, returns are limited.

You may request a return or exchange only if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

• The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging with proof of purchase (invoice/order number).

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items:

• Opened, used, or tested products.

• Sale, clearance, or promotional items.

• Items without original packaging or tampered seals.

Return Process:

1. Contact us via Email/WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. Provide your order number, product photos, and issue details.

3. Once approved, return the product to us (return shipping cost applies unless the item was faulty/incorrect).

4. After inspection, we will provide a replacement (if available) or a refund/store credit within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

• Refunds apply only to approved cases of damaged or incorrect items.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 5–7 business days after inspection.
