Shipping policy
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Estimated delivery time across Pakistan is 3–7 business days, depending on location and courier service.
Standard shipping fee is PKR 200 – 300 (depending on weight and location).
Free Shipping is available on orders above PKR 4,999.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email to track your parcel on the courier partner’s website.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics, returns are limited.
You may request a return or exchange only if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging with proof of purchase (invoice/order number).

Return Process:

Provide your order number, product photos, and issue details.

After inspection, we will provide a replacement (if available) or a refund/store credit within 5–7 business days.
Cancellations
